I deducted one star because it is still difficult to get the hard rubber tip off to use in snow and the new model has a terrible velcro strap to hold them together

The problem again was that the youtube vidios were for different versions of these poles

I kept looking for the button which would start the collapsing process but of course there is none on these poles

The tip of one of the poles broke off but contacting the manufacturer directly has them sending me out a replacement piece

I didn’t get a chance to use these because i ordered the wrong size but i included a picture explaining what size you should get based on your height
