That being said i have had several lamps and this one has the best battery life with options for decently bright and the color green.
Fantastic four battery headlamp, this no toy .
Without that, you could easily and inadvertently turn the light on and run down the battery.

That being said i contact customer service and they responded very quickly and took care of it.

The black diamond factory was too busy to just fix the battery cover, so they just switched out the storm 400 with a brand new one!

Bd sent me a new headlamp with a reserve back case after the clasp broke on my first one
