If you call black diamond they will send you a replacement pair they mostly communicated by email with me to make that happen

Conversely you can also try cleaning the piece thats stuck and it may go back to normal

I used to hike and use my sherlock walking staff compared to that four poiints of contact are better than three

They adjust quickly and easily and the cam latches are just the right combination of secure yet not so hard to pop open
