Pros

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality. They work great and durable. Can't comment on long term durability.

Easy to install. Took me 10 min to install the new faucet (not including removal of my previous rusted faucets) best upgrade ever in my opinion.

Took only 15 minutes to install - just tighten the nut by hand. Weight block is heavy enough that the pull down spout would return to position by itself.

Cons

Gold water still work hot water none zero not a drop. A bunch of kohler reviews say they have the same problem i am having now. Leaking from internal portion of faucet, not from the hoses.

The rectangle button to engage the sprayer is fine, but the cheap plastic up/off switch side has broken. Popped out, sure enough, broken. The other problem is the on/off lever.

The button to switch between stream and spray was failing, and the water pressure dropped dramatically.

The solution i found to un-stick it was to unscrew the sprayer head from the hose and the button would pop back out.

This one was reasonably priced, and had reasonable reviews.

The price is very reasonable, highly recommended!

For the money we paid, it lasted one year and the warranty for 5 years, cant get moen or delta to help like this.

I bought this faucet on sale from amazon for about $50.

Super pleased with how the company handled the situation - very respectful and prompt in addressing our concern.

We emailed the company and they promptly sent us a replacement sprayer head.

They replied back quickly stating it was under warranty for 5 years.

Competitiveness

I recommend this faucet over any of the other faucets i saw at hd and lowes at three times the price.

They are a great product at an amazing price compared to the name brand faucets sold in the big box store.

I'd put it up against a $300 faucet by delta, kohler, or others any day.
