The pad is made from the same materials most mousepads are, it's that sort of slippery silk-like feel. It has a super smooth surface and a good grip on the back.

Definitely a worthwhile purchase for the price!
Its a decent mat for the price, if you’re looking for a mat on amazon you’re probably not looking for a high end mat anyway.

Although his wife says the lines on it look pink to her we don’t think so… but we’re also both color blind so take that with a grain of salt
