Now, i practically have a brand new controller, and i am satisfied with the results.
I was really impressed with the quality of this shell.
I was somewhat leery at first about the quality of the shell, but for $10 it is not a wallet breaker.
This is the second time using this product.
Packaging/appearance
The only problem i experienced with this was when i tried to replace the lightbar it was not a direct fit.
Competitiveness
I suggest getting a special 360 one if you can from somewhere that has an indention in the middle of the head.
With new ones averaging $40-$50 at the time, i took a leap and bought this kit for a fraction of the price.

Im not sure when microsoft made the subtle design changes to how the pieces fit for the controller and they are subtle but the difference is enough that this kit will not fit first year 360 controllers

I purchased this item because the original thumbsticks on my controller were in horrible shape and the battery pack no longer stayed in the controller without employing the use of tape
