Lightweight
Customers are overwhelmingly positive about the lightweight nature of this product, praising its ease of use and portability. They appreciate that it is thin and light enough to be carried easily, yet strong enough to effectively block sunlight. Some customers have noted that they were initially expecting a thicker or heavier material but are pleased with the light weight. A few customers mentioned that they had to purchase an extra yard, but overall feel that the product is a great value for its price.
Blackout Effect
Customers have generally positive feedback regarding the blackout effect of the product, with some mentioning that while it effectively blocks out light, it is thinner and lighter than expected. Some customers also noted that the reverse side can be used as a soft bounce for film making purposes.

Soft Texture
Customers have generally positive opinions about the soft texture of the Blackout Drapery Shade Fabric, describing it as lightweight, satiny, crinkly feeling, easy to clean, and affordable. However, a small group of customers mentioned that the fabric has a chemical smell which required airing out before use and some found it too stiff for drapery lining.
Crease Resistance
Customers have mixed opinions regarding the crease resistance of this fabric. While some are pleased with its ease of use and ability to cover windows effectively, others find that the material creases easily and is more suitable for projects where wrinkles do not matter.
