The hose is fine and does what it is designed to do but the propane inlet design is all wrong

If you purchase the table that is made for this griddle there is a shelf that is rendered useless if you use quart bottles of propane as shown in blackstones pictures first two pictures are theirs

So you buy the hose so you can put a larger bottle of propane underneath and you have two options 1 run it through the front and risk accidents from bumping the hose see my photo especially if small children are running around and the inlet still gets in the way of setting stuff on the shelf or 2 run it over the shelf and render the shelf useless like when using a quart bottle
