Pros & Cons
Pros
The grill is easy to assemble, easy to clean and easy to use. It holds a ton of food and cooks very evenly. Pop the legs out, add wheels to one side, add the bottom tray and the canister hangar and bam.
Cons
The grill even when leveled seems to have a low spot on the front and the drip tray just in my opinion should've been the entire length of the front. This is clearly a design flaw in their coding or some thing, because this was not exposed to whether ... Read More
Highlights
Quality
Excellent quality, simple to assemble, can’t say enough good things.
My only complaint is i shoulda got the biggest one with the air fryer drawers.
Be advised the griddle plate has legs that more or less “sit” on the frame with the 28” and 32” models.
Steaks are easier to get that restaurant quality taste.
Competitiveness
By myself it took less than 15 minutes to include unboxing and glancing at the instructions.
Stores easily, with optional heavy-duty, rain-resistant cover that allows unit to be stored outside.
Flat top shouldn’t be so far away from flame to big of a gap.

Highly recommend the smaller sizes and not the 36” model unless you have a large family or entertain a lot of people

Only the 36” models with lids have the griddle legs “lock” into the base

I called blackstone after assembly to question why the feet didn’t lock into place like the directions say they should and was advised of this fact

I personally think this could be a safety issue but won’t move the assembly around while hot anyway

Be very aware the frame does get pretty hot because there’s no way to keep the griddle tray heat from being transferred into the stand

Any slit wind and takes forever to warm and cook
