Pros

It's clear that blackstone has put a lot of thought and effort into crafting a sturdy and durable product. The addition of the hood is a nice touch. This is handy. Could not be happier.

Set up and seasoned the griddle. Once it’s seasoned properly, it cooks everything we have put on it perfectly. Cooks evenly and heats up fast. It's a versatile and reliable cooking companion.

Cons

Construction is flimsy. It feels greasy. This size (28) has cold areas all around the perimeter with no burner coverage.

After less than 60 days the lid, sides, and frame are already rusting. A lot of the parts are rusted and bent up. Very poor customer service.
