Pros
The griddle is still spotless and works like a champ. It does it all. Also, buy the silicone protector for it.
They're craftsmanship and customer support is top notch. It is a very heavy package so don't throw your back out trying to lug it up stairs or whatever, have a second person help you. Cleanup isn’t terrible.

You might as well throw your old grill out because this unit is a game changer
