Pros

I suggest getting the spatula tool kit available along with the scraper. Cleans well with water and a scraper. Cleans pretty easily while not removing the seasoning.

This tabletop model is amazing! This griddle impresses from the very beginning. But, this is not available on amazon and is out of stock on blackstone site.

Have 4 burner for home. Be sure to buy the 50 pack of drip pans. Also invest in the hose that allows you to use a larger propane tank.

Griddle arrived quickly and without damage to box or contents. Stores well and is quick and easy to set up. Lights easily.

Cons

The griddle is approximately square. The little nubby legs that is shown on the box and list them to be inside the box aren't there. My griddle top never should have been packaged for shipment.

The right burner burns yellow, the left burner burns blue. The gas regulator is fiddly and the hose doesn't always work.

Works great and at a great price .

I dislike that i paid good money for my gill and didn't get my propane which was to come with it

Not a deal breaker for me at this point.

Shipper lost or damaged my griddle order and if i had not hounded blackstone, not sure if or when a new shipment would have occurred.

There was a glitch in shipping by ups (item lost in shipping).

Packaging/appearance

Didn’t like that the product was shown on the outside of the box.

Competitiveness

It has more than enough room to cook for a bbq and you can stick it in a (large) cabinet for storage.
