It's true that the packaging was pretty much a joke.

The manufacturer damaged the unit in multiple areas during packaging.

Yes, packaging is a little suspect, but i had no damage to my unit.

I've used this grill more times than the regular bbq grill i have because it's so easy and convenient to use.
