Pros

This works out great for hambergers, baccon and and even grilled sandwiches. Even though the handle is insulated, i still wear heat resistant gloves because the handle does get a bit hot. This is a must have for smash burgers.

Cons

I now realize it is the coating flaking off. This is basically useless to me as i cannot have this coating chipping off into my food.
