Pros

Great griddle. You have to get the legs lined up just perfect. That seems to have done the trick.

Cons

The design, assembly, and performance are sub par. One works well and the other was defective out of the box. We love these griddles but this one arrived damaged and scratched.

The griddle doesn't sit flat and rocks, the grease trap falls out, it has many issues. Thumbs down to amazon, the seller and the maker of this grill.

Am very hesitant to use this again. Save yourself the money, hassle and headache.

The grease collection cup fits loosely into the front and never quite collects all the liquid or grease coming from the top. It leaks grease into the cavity where the flame is, even when level. The grease goes all over the place.

Do not buy through the home shopping concierge company either. Their customer service is unresponsive and not helpful. After many attempts at contacting blackstone regarding warrenty service for this default, they simple refuse to provide any help at ... Read More

I lucked out and bought the "remanufactured" version which was well actually new after looking at it closely for $119.
