The horizontal part of the handle flops around loose its not stable and i dont know if it should be like that seems weak and flimsy like that

The wood is hard even though very lightweight and does not accept stain readily at least mine didnt

There are certainly better wooden jians out there but for the price alone i recomend it as a wear and tear weapon
