I light mine 100 times a day or more, and it lasts me years. Works flawlessly even six months later of daily use.

The cap snaps on and off easily which makes it easy to open and close. Pressing the button causes a spark, which can actually ignite some kindling.

Cons

Purchased in 2012, died in 2017. Easily blows out in light wind. Not good for any kind of wilderness survival situation. With an ever so slight puff of breath this lighter goes out.

Price

While i picked mine up from a cigar shop for ~$100, it has been well worth it.

Pefect, i've never spent more than 13 for a zippo, or $1.

I see the price on this item has gone up $10 since i bought mine ($33.

I am happy to see they still make it and that it is now on amazon for half the price.

Competitiveness

The blazer cg-001 still gets 5 stars from me since they're no worse than any other and better than many of this sort of lighter.

It's a much better deal in the long run than disposable lighters.
