Im lazy and will just fill it up with soap and hot water and shake it as if i were shaking up some protein powder mix and every few uses ill throw it in the dishwasher

The first few times i used it i did not close the lid properly the piece that covers the small drinking hole so it made a mess while i did the shaking it takes a bit of force to close it properly
