Pros

The 20oz cup gives me plenty of room for some good shaking. The 45 oz. Cup dissolves his whey protein easily. My only complaint is that the cup is a little small, so if you put a full scoop of protein powder, it can be kind of strong.

Perhaps most importantly, the pink one is cute. It is a very good size if you want more versatility.

With the lid on, it fits in a standard size cupboard with shelving. No leaks, easy to open and close, and easy to wash. They hold up the longest and never leak.

Cons

It is more flimsy than i expected, so i fill the cup half full, shake it and then fill it and shake it. If i don't immediately rinse these out after finishing the drink, they retain the smell and it gets really *.

So i retrieved the original container from the trash, threw out the cracked lid, and washed the container.
