Pros

Water came to room temp within a 1 hour ride where the temp warmed up surroundings was 78 degrees. I'm sure that the insulated bottles have double the insulative benefits over over standard bottles. It does no sweat on the outside of the bottle.

The bottle itself is nice. The packaging comes with great diagrams and instruction for use.

No matter what position it is left in, dropped in or toppled over never leaks. Locked is spill-proof, being able to switch from squirt to straw mode is awesome. Cap seals nicely and doesn't drip in either mode.

The bottle is so lightweight and compact yet holds a lot of water. I like that it is lighter weight than my stainless steel water bottles, but not too flimsy like my silicone water bottles.

Great product. Loving this water bottle. Bought 2 of these bottles. That’s pretty cool.

Cons

When this bottle reaches near-empty levels and is squeezed it emits a sound like unto chewbacca romancing a tuskan raider. Several of my students have this bottle and use its awful noise to impede all progress of learning in our classroom.
