The plastic is nice and pliable and squeezes easily. It has a tight seal so there is no leaking. The third position locks your drink inside and makes it spill proof. It’s easy to squeeze and doesn’t leak.

This is a quality product that has yet to disappoint. To be honest, it’s not my favorite type of water bottle, but if you like the squeeze type of bottle then this 1 works very well. I'm glad this one has joined the tribe.

The 32 ounce capacity makes it so you don't have to refill it as often. The only complaint i had is that condensation is crazy with this bottle. It fits fine in either of my two water bottle cages. It also fit the cup holder in the car.

The squeeze feature is great for when you're exercising and need a quick spritz of water. The size is good to take with you on a walk/run/jog. Just rode 200 miles and used this bottle for the first time.
