Lightweight shaker ball is better than a heavier solid ball. I wish they made a smaller-sized version with a capacity of around 12oz. The bottle is comfortable and easy to drink out of.

This is the best shaker bottle i have used, and i use them every day.

I had no clumps or until stirrd powder in it after 30 seconds of shaking.

It's also very difficult to open it one-handed.

Much easier to mix my shakes in this versus the cheap promotional ones i've received.
