Pros

The 24-ounce size is perfect – not too bulky, not too small. It's just the right amount for a hearty shake without feeling like you're lugging around a water cooler. It fits snug in my car cup holder and my lunch bag.

I use on for my pre workout and a lot of people say it’s really chalky, but i can’t lie…this bottle makes it smooth like honey. Its versatility is unmatched compared to other bottles i’ve had in the past. It blends everything smoothly and evenly.

The mixing system is where this bottle shines. No more clumps of protein powder – just a smooth, well-mixed shake every time. It's like having a mini blender in your hand.

The most important part of the bottle is how solidly the top snaps into place. I appreciate that it's dishwasher safe – major time saver. Came out great from the dishwasher too.

Cons

I'm still not 100% sure how any of this happened, but i'm definitely regretting buying all this powder. I hope they will refund me. Needless to say, this is very disappointing and the worst customer service i have ever received.

The material is more brittle than they used to be. My drink keeps spilling. No matter what you do, tighten down the lid too tight, it leaks.

I didn't notice when i was buying that there's some navy plastic on the cap along with the beautiful green, doesn't bother me at all.
