You have to make sure the lid is screwed on tight

I like the grip and sturdiness of the cup it blends good but the cup is smaller than advertised its supposed to be a 20 ounce but its only a 17 ounce cup in order to get the 20 ounces i would have to fill the cup all the way up to the top to the lid

The only thing they could do to make it better is ofter it in glass and wood instead of plastic
