Pros

The hiccup in ordering is one thing. Blender works perfectly. I love the fact that my almond butter has only 1 ingredient (almonds) or 3 when i add honey & cinnamon. The solo cup option is awesome for quick perfect sized smoothies.

Cons

Jars on the blendtec are garbage. The standard lid is held weakly and leaks. The cups are too big to fit into a standard car drink holder. The lid tends to unseat itself and fly off.

Blendtec blender jars never get blended. Can't get thru to blendtec customer to complain.

The wildside jar fails at the same time as my four side. At least a dozen times to get a thick smoothie in that darn thing.

Blendtec will never be trusted in our home again. The price is much higher than in the us and we only have 1 year warranty. Lasted only two years.

Honestly it's a jar and does it's intended purpose but the price of the jar has dramatically increased.

Packaging/appearance

I love my blendtec blender and the old jar had a ball bearing problem.

We put the blender bucket in the dishwasher too, it washes great.

Competitiveness

Got this when my 2016 blendtec jar died.

I've had a blendtec for almost 15 years and this is my second replacement jar.

If i do need to replace this, i will be purchasing another blendtec blender.
