Making almond butter is a breeze with the blendtec, especially when used with the twister jar.

Have tried using a vitamix and blendtec sidewall, and this product makes gelato with ease.

Based on my experience the twister jar does a better job on these types of jobs than the vitamix tamper which is also a good solution.

You really need this device if you want to make creamy stuff as with any other you will have to use a spade to push the butter or cream down
