The audio is an unusable function. There are no directions nor quick start guides, and the app is useless.
The motion sensors are completely inconsistent. The floodlights do not discharge evenly. The maximum motion sensor range is 20 feet.

Amazon replaced both but as a heads up before you call make sure the batteries are energizer brand i was told by a tech once that the camera would not power on due to having the wrong brand

It took me quite a while to figure out that there was a little tool hard to find cuz it was black in a black box insert and then to realize i had to remove the rubber circle on the back of the unit to find the qr code so i could get it to work
