I did have one unit with a faulty camera but they swapped that out right away so the customer support is a good as the product.

Downsides:* can't speak thru this model* can't set them up in multiple residences and monitor with a single app (such as setting them up in your home and your parents home)* can't set them up to record video without also tripping any associated alarm (a more passive mode like a ring doorbell would be helpful)still - it's one if the best ones out there for the price.  Read Less
