Do not buy this, does not work as advertised. As a security system - poor quality and very expensive. Compared to the arlo, i am disappointed. And no doorbell again.

It's very troublesome. Why amazon would tarnish themselves with this garbage is a mystery. Until needs to be better made for those in colder climates.

The camera is useless unless you pay for the cloud subscription, which is over priced. Usb storage from the sync module only works if you have the basic plan on the cloud, which allows you to pay extra. Loading speed on the usb is atrocious.

I often have to close out the app 2 or 3 times to get it to work but by that time the live view is pointless. Night vision is not the best, my door frame is recessed and brick wall protrudes. The app ui is also sad and laggy.
