Pros
The app itself is easy to use to view real time feed or past videos/notifications. The cameras are easy to setup and the blink app has since been upgraded to be even more user friendly. Easy to use & set up.
The view isn't as wide as the ring but sufficient and the audio and video are equal or better. The visibility is great, day and night vision. The doorbell cam is wireless which is definitely a good thing.
Overall very satisfied so far. Pretty good camera & quality of video. The gift recipient loves the product.
Cons
The app constantly fails to get thumbnails, to save camera config changes, to sync any video with the connected sync2 module with 256gb storage (because they want $15/month instead). It forgets config changes or just fails to save them with an error m... Read More
My suggestion is for you to buy something else. These cameras *! Get the geeni one. Do not buy. Would not recommend.
Don’t be fooled because it’s made by amazon. First, the packaging is misleading. This product is an extortion.
The doorbell camera only works if the bell is rung - no motion detection. Whether the system is armed or not, i get continual motion detection alerts on my phone, even when disabled.

Even at full price, this is a great value, easy to install, and offers everything we needed and wanted in a system like this.
A subscription is only $10, i think and that's for all of my cameras.
You need to spend more money on a monthly subscription.

When i called customer service they said that it was my internet providers fault because it was slow

I told them i had the highest tier from xfinity and they said i only had 2g so id never be able to use any kind of security system unless i upgraded
