Didnt really matter since we were keeping the slippers and didnt need the box but if wed needed the box id have been more annoyed and its just not very professional

I cannot return them because we missed the return window because we had an unexpected death in the family immediately following the performance

Because these shoes are still for sale right here where i originally purchased them it seems i should be able to return them

At first i was worried because my 5year old daughter has a narrow foot and these slippers do not have the elastic tie like her leather ones do
