Pros

This stretch canvas slipper is amazingly comfortable! Both the synchrony and the pro elastic models shape beautifully to the arch of my foot without bunching. I'm sort of between; b is perfect barefoot or with most tights; c is better with socks or ex...  Read More

Quality

Perfect fit as hoped for - and loved it that the straps were sticitched already too!

They are holding up well and are good quality!

In my experience, these and the pro elastics are love/hate shoes: either they're perfect for your feet, or they won't work for you at all.

Because of a high instep and wide feet, many women's dance shoes just don't fit well so i've been ordering men's (universal fit...  Read More

I decided to try these in lieu of my regular shoes (these are inexpensive and available on amazon).

Arrived in time for competition and recital.

Competitiveness

The shoes of bloch will be the best choice for me.

I ended up switching to another brand's stretch canvas, which i tried on in-store.

After pondering the size chart i ordered these in a men’s 10, as well as a cheaper brand.

Because of a high instep and wide feet many womens dance shoes just dont fit well so ive been ordering mens universal fit instead because they are wider across the toe area and more room in the instep

The elastic around the top of the shoe instead of the traditional lacing is nice

Had to replace only once a year for my son whom takes 8 ballet classes a week

I am a 34true34 size 10 in mens street shoes

Since these arent stretch canvas and youre buying them online vs trying on at store i feel i owe it to the consumer to be as specific as i can about the sizing

I ordered a size 10 of these slippers and really wanted to love them because the quality was on point the suede pads felt great there was rich wide elastic to keep the shoe on and there was grippy gel diamond detailing in the interior heel and ball pads lt3 but i found the slippers would slide around when i was doing center floor

In particular the shoes would almost twist off during pirouettes and i would be that guy that screws up the pirouette and then adjusts his shoe as a lame excuse

I should point out that i never wear socks with my ballet shoes because im mostly blessed with nonsweaty feet and because i find socks to be bulky and uncomfortable
