Pros

The instructions are simple and each player chooses a color and takes turns placing a piece on the game board. This is literally a game you can play with your kids as the skills needed aren't necessarily those that improve with age.

My family and i are avid board game enthusiasts. Scrabble; yahtzee; chess are some of my family's other favorite games. Great stratagey game.

Cons

It is okay because i was debating between the two but was expecting the trigon version as pictured. Very disappointing and difficult to play the game with two green sets.

Well made and even the colors are pretty.

One of our usual players stunk at the square game but beat us all in this one.

And the plastic zip loc is quite durable and thick.

Overall 5 stars but took one star off on ‘giftable’ because it doesn’t come fully wrapped.

Box came dented, which is fine because we are keeping it.

However, it was boxed dented and would not have been able to gift it.

We love blokus trigon better than the original blokus.

This is a more advanced version of blokus.

The pieces are also shaped differently compared to the duo version.
