Pros
Installed over an existing acrylic bath enclosure. Double articulating arm at the rainfall head to allow additional height. Elbow adaptor rotates 360 degrees, so it was easier to rotate it up.
Temperature readout works great. Rain shower head works well, and the hand sprayer has a neet misting function. Water jets work awesome and the first spray is always cold water.
Definitely recommend this product. Added incentive from the company to maintain warranty status if installed by a professional. Now that is how you maintain your brand.
When you marry design with function, this is where your experience is basically elevated. It is such a rare thing today that the service you receive is without compromise, frustration and fast and frankly achieves both surprise and delight.

I’m pretty impressed with the hand shower as well.
I returned it and decided to go with the blue ocean model.
Units selling for two or three times the costs don’t have the quality this one does.
Price
For the price is really great and serves the purpose.
And yes, it is true that other hardware stores sell this unit at 3x the price listed here.
Shipping
I looked through big box stores and they were not available or the shipping date was too far out in future because of covid.
Packaging/appearance
You have to drill 2 x 15/16" holes in the acrylic.
Competitiveness
Anyway, generally speaking, this is wondeful product.
The many settings have a lotof variations .
