Pros

My only complaint is the price of the replacement filters is a bit high, but our family feels that it is worth it. We also have a air quality meter and it shows the very clear difference when it has been running.

It look fat and glossy, i like it because i'm skinny. Air is fresh and crisp. It cnes with two washable pre-filters.

They are super quiet on low speed. Her breathing is normal. Quiet, good cfm, leaves the air literally smelling clean.

Prefilter is work well to remove pet dander my furball. Allergy issues are gone except my husband's normal stuff. This air cleaner is well worth the money.

Cons

Bluair passes off a number of known-to-be-bad products because they know there will be no repercussions. I have zero response from customer service. Would really like a refund now at this point.

The design is poor, at best. It somehow manages to be fragile (since it is top heavy) and yet bulky and hard to maneuver. It has a touch sensitive front logo, which is constantly switched off by my cats' tails. It's also noisy and harder to move.
