Pros

Using every day for 5-10min does wonders in loosening up my frozen shoulder. Using after rotator surgery as recommended by my physical therapist.

Simply hook them over the top of a door then sit or kneel underneath them. Satisfied with this purchase.

The pulley, hook and rope seem sturdy. The pully function is very smooth. The pull handles are easily adjustable.

Cons

These are very flimsy and it's hard to keep the rope tied in securely. Handles are hollow thin plastic. This is worthless to me.
