Pros

We live in the memphis, tennessee area, so summers can be absolutely brutal. Also came with a coated cable for securing the cover compared to a bare cable with my old one. Also seems heavy enough to last several seasons.

We are anxious to see how long this one lasts. Usually 1 year actually =5 years of manufacture years.

Cons

I thought i had a leak in the pool liner because the pool water level was going down. It was rotted. Seams leak.

Blue wave's warranty puts the responsibility on the purchaser to pay for the return of the defective product. The 15 year warranty is a joke. I think we'll just buy a cheapie every year, rather than depend on a warranty that requires us to pay to send... Read More

Good thick cover feels like it will hold up and help keep water out of the pool over winter.

This is the best pool cover we have purchased over the last 13 years.

We have had the pool for 24 years and no winter cover has lasted more than one winter in pennsylvania

What i will say is that, if you are planning to use this cover as a daily cover like we did, it will only last one year.

Price

I've paid almost $100 for this .

Our first year, we did not use a cover at all, and paid the price in water temperature/evaporation and chemical imbalances.

Bought this after reading reviews for the cheaper economy covers for around $60.

It ran a little bigger than we thought it would but very nice for the price.

Shipping

The only thing wrong with the order was the wrong cable was sent.

Update: i contacted the company via email & they were very prompt & they are sending out a replacement part!
