Pros

It is silent and has the max cadr in the market. The only thing is one has to clean the pre-filter (outer blue) every 4-5 days.

Cons

Customer care is pathetic and does not have a proper presence in majority of the cities. No proper dealer network. Now the product is 4000 costly and a refund will also not qork for me. What were they thinking when designing this?
