Quality
I have been using this for about 2 weeks and i have noticed a huge improvement in the quality of air in my apartment.
The air quality where this is set up has dramatically improved.
After turning the device on/off, closing/opening the app after 4 attempts we finally got these paired with the app.
The app also connects to a device that measures your air quality which is sold separately.
Packaging/appearance
I was eager to try out the blueair classic 405 air purifier in the downstairs areas of my home.
Competitiveness
I own another blueair product (the 211) that i use upstairs in my bedroom.
I’m officially hooked and will be purchasing more blueair units for the rest of my house!
I measured power consumption with a tp-link smart outlet with power monitoring, which i’ve found to be very accurate.
The aware isn’t currently available on amazon but sells for a whopping $200usd directly from the manufacturer.

It would be awesome if it was a different colour or maybe woodgrain with a flat top so it could blend in better with décor

There is a fan speed button wifi button and filter reset button on the control panel

I find the first two speeds very quiet but the third speed is quite loud

I did have a bit of an issue connecting the unit to wifi but once i figured that out i was able to connect the purifier to the app without issue

The app is pretty good it does ask for some unnecessary personal information upon registration
