Pros

Changing them will be a breeze; lift off the top metal screen, lift filters out, drop in new filters. The thing we have noticed that tells us we are getting our money's worth is the lack of dust in our home.

Super-quiet and programmable. Fan is ultra quiet on setting 1 & 2. Speed 3 is the loudest setting.

The only reason i put a 4 by “ maneuverability’ is that it’s a bit heavy. This thing is very solidly built - steel and heavy. But this is also a plus - it doesn't wobble or ramble like the cheaper-made, plastic ones.

Arrived very quickly and packaged very well. Really glad i finally bit the bullet and got a second one. Ps these are heavy metal but that’s a good thing and medical quality.

Cons

The app fails to connect to the machine and requires the user to re-enter his credentials. There is no automation and the app is a bad one.

After power-cycling the air purifier, the readout drops to zero. I put the machine right in a dusty area to test it out, it struggles to have a reading. Nope, it’s the blueair switching to high to remove high tvoc levels.

Blueair air purifier is not made in sweden. Company won't respond to customers after contacting them. Company says they will get back to you asap, but they don't.

Hepasilent filters are not hepa.

Without exaggeration, this is the worst purchase i have made in at least ten years. The unit is very expensive for what it is. For a product this expensive, that's very disappointing. What's more, this air purifier is a disposable product.

I have an earlier model from 4 years ago that i am very happy with.

This one is even better and for half the price.

I got it “like new” for about $100 off in the original packaging, no damage for a fantastic price!

I’ve had a blueair classic 200 series that i got probably 5+ years ago and have run 24 hours a day.

We have a large home so we got 2 and will be getting a 3rd.

The alen is rated for a cadr (clean air delivery rate) of 347 cfm on max/turbo speed.

I was not looking at this blueair model in particular, but i came across an incredible sale and decided to buy it.
