All you have to do is attach the plug to the base and then plug it in to the wall. Although the filters have gone up in price, the machine is getting cheaper and cheaper every year. Especially with the addition of a sensor module.

So all in all it is not a cheap unit to run but i was sick of housekeepers coming in every 2 weeks to dust and break things
