Bluebonnet brewer's yeast is produced from beet molasses. No added sugar and no preservatives either. Natural folate instead of synthetic folic acid.

Will keep buying, am on my second jar. Very good taste and product.

Good b6, biotin, pantothenic acid, magnesium and calcium. Your body needs these. Ingredients are the most important factor.



Cons

We have to list it under allergen warning because our facility processes wheat, in case of cross contamination. Not a clean product or allergen friendly as intentionally misleading listing shows.
