Pros
Along with other supplements i believe it's part of a bigger package of recuperation. Would recommend to anyone looking for a natural folic acid or folate. Activated folate, flavored with raspberry.
The fact that they dissolve in the mouth makes them more absorbable. The flavor is pretty good, but the pills are crunchy- like almost afraid of how hard they are to bite.

I've never broken the bottle but glass is a concern with my old hands.
