Pros

Great results lots of energy plus great amount of folic acid. I wish they made multivitamins like this. Pregnant ladies rejoice!

Bottle was packaged with safety seal outside as well as when opened. Quality of the product and packaging.

The pill is tiny and tastes great. I take them every other day (this jar is a full years worth) and my readings are above normal every time. Sometimes i take a vitamin b complex tablet, which is another brand.

No dislikes; tastes fine, and easy to chew. Easy to chew, great tasting. Stops tongue and sides of the mouth sores completely. Great tablet for sensitive stomachs.

Cons

Synthetic, not the good stuff. Should be methyl b12 and folate not folic acid.
