This is the only vitamin d supplement i've been able to find that's made from fish oil. Lanolin d3 makesme itch. I am allergic to corn and most vitamins have corn oil.

I get plenty in the summer but i guess zero in the winter so everyone living above a certain latitude needs supplemental d
