After doing a single wrap of the power line that goes to the lights inside of these ferrite cores the noise was removed

I placed one on every cable going from computer to interface and radio and on all interconnecting cables and now i have no none nada zero computer interference on my radio

When having my baofeng ht in the basement there was so much computer noise being generated by the pi2 and its associated cables and usb devices that the meter on the baofeng was full scale all over the basement making the radio unusable
