There are five buttons a multi function button labelled m for playpause and calls volume down and up buttons which can also be used for forwarding and rewinding a power button which you have to hold down to turn on and carry on holding it if you want to put it into pairing mode and hold it down again until it says power off to turn it off and finally a 3d button

Had doubts about the volume but when i realised the sound was not fully up on my ipad it was very loud

The one little let down is the aux input which is flat the volume options and 3d effect do not work using aux in and sounds tinny which cant be the speaker as the bass and sound generally is great when used in bluetooth mode
