After disabling my integrated bt adapter in windows 11 device manager, this new dongle plugged in and just worked with zero hassle.

I had tried the actual xbox pc adapter, and the integrated bt that the computer already had.

It is rather challenging to get wireless bt keyboards, mice, and game controllers to work through a subfloor and multiple walls.

For the money, this is a good bt adapter.
