Very disappointed update after quick chat with customer service which was vey helpfull all problems were sorted very quickly and now extremely happy

Once i configured the app i realised the scales default is kg so inside the battery compartment is a switch to change the weight measurement to your own personal preference also in there is a reset button but you shouldnt need to use that

After using the scale now for a couple of days i have found information shown as lists or graphs for the eight measurements the scale has taken i also like the fact it adds information to the apple health app but apples app health is not as comprehensive as iwellness or as featured
