I had to struggle to change the bud size as they would just not fit on easily however

But what i like the best about this company and their product is that e tronics edge emailed me to say thank you for purchasing and also that if i needed any help of any kind i can reply to that email

A piece actually fell off of my one earbud and i told him and he said he would send me a free new one to save me the hassle of returning and repurchasing and to make up for the inconvenience
